                      In 2017, I started my journey here at Walden University and almost four years later, I get to experience the joy of completing my Masters. It has been a long journey to say the least. Filled with up and downs, pain and loss. This degree will also be something that I hold close to my heart as my time here has proven and taught me so much about myself and about who I want to become. So what learnings will I take with me as my time here comes to an end?     To start I will take my passion with me and allow it to grow. During my time in this class, I have been looking into many organizations that are working to help children in a number of different ways. One of the ways that they are helping is to get education to students of varying ages. When looking into the different types of jobs that I could take on to aid in this case, I knew I wanted to work with this organization based on all that I have read. One job that I think I would like is working at the Senior Associate, Global Cause Partnerships. Some requirements of this job are to have a    b achelor's degree with a minimum of 3 – 4 years' experience in fundraising, partnerships management, or business development. Helping displaced children or refugees is a cause that I find  very close  to my heart. I believe every child should have a right to an education no matter their background or where they are from. The cold fact is that this is hardly the case for millions of children around the world and right here in the United States. Some good news is that there are many organizations out there fighting to close the gap on this trouble issue. There are  numerous  national,  federal  and local organization fighting this issue as well and  numerous  ways that we all can help.
